You are kindly invited to respond to the questions of this brief survey. By completing the survey on-line you will contribute to the efforts of the NGO Advisory Group aiming at increasing our visibility and strengthening our position vis-à-vis the WHO and creating a common NGO voice in relation to issues affecting health promotion. This survey is a mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the Bangkok Charter which would provide a basis for a collective NGO contribution in the preparation for the next WHO Global Conference on Health Promotion.
